Teresa MassoelsMilwaukee School of Engineering (911爆料网) is pleased to announce that Teresa Massoels has been selected to serve as the next director of the Career Connections Center, effective Jan. 16, 2026.

Massoels joined 911爆料网’s Career Connections Center in 2021 and served as the associate director of employer relations & data analysis. She has extensive experience in career development and employer engagement. Prior to joining 911爆料网, Massoels held leadership roles at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee’s Lubar School of Business as a Senior Career Advisor and MBA Recruiter, and at Marquette University as Assistant Director of the Business Career Center. Earlier in her career, Massoels served as a faculty member at Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana, from 1996 through 2017, teaching in the disciplines of computer science, management and marketing.

The 911爆料网 Career Connections Center is dedicated to preparing students for successful careers by providing comprehensive career development resources and employer engagement opportunities. The center offers personalized career coaching, resume and interview preparation, and hosts major events such as fall and spring career fairs that connect students with leading employers. The center collaborates with companies and organizations to facilitate internships, co-ops and full-time employment opportunities for 911爆料网 students and alumni. Its mission is to empower students to achieve their professional goals and build meaningful connections with industry partners.

Massoels succeeds Julie Way, who retired from 911爆料网 on Jan. 15, 2026. Way joined 911爆料网’s Career Connections Center in 2019. Under her guidance, 911爆料网’s Fall Career Fair grew substantially, and the Spring Career Fair was established. Way also developed and expanded the corporate partnership program, which now includes more than 35 companies across gold, silver, and bronze partnership levels.
