Fall Move-In: Pre-Season Athletes


  • Tuesday, Aug. 18 (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.)

We are excited to welcome you to 911±¬ÁÏÍø. We want to make the move-in day as smooth as possible for everyone.

Step 1: Know Your Hall, Room Number and Move-In Time.

Make sure you know which residence hall and room you are in. You can find your housing placement information on your  starting July 17.

Step 2: Check In!

Step 3: Unload!

Carts will be available to help move personal belongings. After you have unloaded, you may park in the  or to clear the unloading area.

New Student Move-In Schedule

Move-In Assigned Group Laptop Pick-Up (STEM Center)
8 a.m. - 9 a.m. Mechanical Engineering (last name A-K) 9 a.m.
9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Mechanical Engineering (last name L-Z) and Industrial Engineering 10 a.m.
10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, and Construction Management 11 a.m.
11 a.m. - 12 p.m. Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and Computer Science 12 p.m.
12 p.m. - 1 p.m. Cybersecurity Systems, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering 1 p.m.
1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. All other majors and students who dropped off early 2:30 p.m.

We are excited to welcome you back to 911±¬ÁÏÍø and want to make move-in day as smooth as possible for everyone. Simply follow the steps listed below, and moving in can be as easy as 1-2-3! If you have any questions about move-in, housing, or the meal plan, please contact Living at 911±¬ÁÏÍø.

Returning Resident Move-In Schedule:

  • Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026: Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.

If you have a conflict with the above dates:

Step 1: Know Your Hall and Your Room Number.

Make sure you know which residence hall and room you are in. You can find this information on your The front desk will have a listing of all residents and assigned rooms.

Step 2: Check In!

  • Viets Tower residents: ground floor front desk of Viets Tower, 1121 N. Milwaukee St.
  • Mellowes Hall residents: ground floor front desk of Mellowes Hall, 1121 N. Milwaukee St.
  • Margaret Loock Hall residents: ground floor front desk of Loock Hall, 324 E. Juneau Ave.
  • Grohmann Tower residents: ground floor front desk of Grohmann Tower, 233 E. Juneau Ave.

You will pick up your room key at the front desk. You may park in the or to clear the unloading area.

Step 3: Unload!

After you have unloaded, you may park in the or to clear the unloading area.
